I would like help creating a prayer of blessing that I could use before every meal and before I ingest anything such as water or other beverage.
Dr. Masaru Emoto has shown the power of words and vibrations can affect the water used in his photos of the ice crystals. It makes sense to me that we should be cognizant of what we think, feel, and say as we sit down to a meal.
If there is a way to improve the vibrational alignment between our bodies and the food we are about to eat, then we’d be wise to act upon that awareness.
I now say something like this:
“Dear God, thank You for all of our blessings. Bless this food and bless my body’s ability to use this food for my health and growth. Bless Mother Earth for her part in this process. Bless all the people involved in making this food available to me.”
I think there should be more, perhaps speaking to being open to all energetic blessings provided by God/Source/Spirit.
